On Friday February 25, 2022 at 6:35PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Dale Blvd and Ridgefield Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a sexual assault.

First Sergeant Jonathan Perok, public information officer, reported that officers responded to the area of the Prince William Pkwy and Dumfries Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a two-vehicle crash.

The investigation revealed that the victim, a 3-year-old girl, was sitting with her family in the food court area when they were approached by an unknown woman, later identified as the accused. During the encounter, the accused took the victim’s arm and demanded she go with her.

Investigators with the Prince William County Police Department's Crash Investigation Unit have charged two drivers in connection to the fatal collision that occurred in the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and Wigglesworth Way in Woodbridge (22191) on Valentine's Day 2022, according to First Sergeant Jonathan Perok, public information supervisor.
