On Friday February 25, 2022 at 6:35PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Dale Blvd and Ridgefield Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a sexual assault.

The investigation revealed that the victim, a 3-year-old girl, was sitting with her family in the food court area when they were approached by an unknown woman, later identified as the accused. During the encounter, the accused took the victim’s arm and demanded she go with her.
