Update on PWC police officer involved shooting in Lake Ridge

On August 15 at 6:12AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4300 block of Flodden Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic with weapons.

Early morning fatality when sedan, ‘cycle cross center median, strike trees on Dale Blvd.

A motorcycle and a sedan were traveling westbound on Dale Blvd when both vehicles crossed over the center median and struck two separate trees before coming to a stop on the eastbound side of Dale Blvd. shortly after 2 a.m. Aug. 11, according to police reports.

Stabbing suspects flee in Dumfries; canine unit finds no trace

When officers arrived, they located the victim, a 22-year-old man, suffering from stab wounds to the upper body. Officers rendered aid until rescue personnel arrived. The victim was flown to a local area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
