Early morning structure fire on Gaines Road in Haymarket claims life of one victim Dec. 10

On Tuesday, Dec. 10, at 1:07 a.m., Prince William County fire and rescue crews were dispatched to the 16000 block of Gaines Road (Haymarket) for a reported structure fire.
