On September 4th at approximately 3:45PM, detectives responded to the 15100 block of Cardin Pl in Woodbridge (22193) after receiving information of the possible whereabouts of Russell Carnell Walker. Zion LeBron Favors, 3 months, was also located, safe and unharmed, in a residence nearby.

Prince William County police are seeking the public's help in locating Zion LeBron Favors, a 3 month old black male, 1’6’’, and 10lbs. He has brown eyes and short brown hair. Zion was last seen wearing a diaper. The infant was taken from a Dumfries motel, police said.

A Gainesville woman, Yolanda Marie Tines, reported to Prince William County Police as missing around 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 2 was located and is safe, police reported at 10:59 p.m. Sept. 2.

On the evening of September 2nd at approximately 7:23PM, officers responded to a residence in the 7000 block of Rogue Forest Lane in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a missing person. The investigation revealed that Ms. Tines was last seen at approximately 6:30AM on September 2nd at her residence.

As a result of a Manassas City Police Department investigation, Nicholas Beckert, 18, of 10203 Calypso Drive, Manassas, has been charged with reckless discharge of a firearm and discharging a firearm in the City of Manassas, according to a Sept. 2 news release.
