On Monday, May 22, 2023 at 3:28 PM,Prince William County Police Department officers responded to the Bank of America located at 7701 Donegan Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed an unknown man entered the bank and demanded money from the teller. No weapon was seen, police said.

PWC Crime Report: May 9, 2023 - Hit and run victim succumbs to injuries; suspect sought

Through the investigation the man was ultimately identified as a 61-year-old Manassas resident who remained hospitalized until succumbing to his injuries believed to have been sustained after being struck by an unknown vehicle. No striking vehicle or its driver have been located or identified. Investigators with the Crash Investigation Unit are asking anyone who may have witnessed this crash on April 20 around 9 p.m in the area of Orchard Bridge Dr. and Centreville Rd. in Manassas to contact police.

Manassas Battlefield Park donates venison to Hunters for the Hungry to feed hungry neighbors

Manassas National Battlefield Park was among seven national parks in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbiathat donated more than 12,000 pounds of venison to local nonprofit organizations that will serve approximately 48,000 meals to families in need.
