PWC Police make arrest in connection with Jan. 9. 2025 shooting.
To acquaint Manassas city residents with more of the benefits this valuable resource beyond the city limits can offer them, the city’s popular, trendy and free Neighborhood Conference has a new venue –on NOVA’s Manassas Campus.
Virginia State Parks will waive parking fees in honor of Veterans Day on Monday, November 11, 2013. Additionally, all 36 state parks will offer special programming during the holiday weekend.
At approximately 3:15PM on November 1, 2013 Manassas City Police responded to the 9500 block of Tapok Dr for a report of breaking and entering.
A Veterans Day Celebration will be held at Veterans Memorial Park in Woodbridge VA on Friday, November 8
from 9 a.m. to noon.
Through DMV Connect, correctional facilities, and jails identify people slated for release within a few months and facilitate collection of the needed personal documents and DMV applications for Virginia ID cards.
A new "Archwood" four-year scholarship of $11,500 a year for a new incoming ninth grade student who demonstrates a commitment to engagement in and outside of the classroom has been announced by Wakefield School. An essay is required by March 10, 2014.
The Archwood Scholarship, named for the original farm that is now Wakefield's campus, will be awarded to one new student entering ninth grade each year. The scholarship provides $11,500 each year for all four years of Upper School, provided the student continues to live up to the values and merits that characterize an Archwood Scholar.
Registration begins Nov. 18 for NOVA’s 16-week semester that begins Jan. 13, 2014. Two eight-week sessions, starting Jan. 13 and March 17, are also offered. Online registration is available 24 hours a day. NOVA calls the upcoming term "spring semester."
