On April 29, 2024, the remaining suspect, identified as Patrick DIAZ PINA, who was sought in connection to the assault that was reported on June 12, 2023, was arrested in Fairfax County.
Law enforcement officers across the country – and Virginia – will be out in full force now through January 1 actively searching for drunk drivers.

Prince William County School Board will consider two school calendar options at the December 17 meeting. Staff presented a standard calendar option at the Board’s December 3 meeting, similar to past calendars. Now, the School Board has a choice—to open before or after Labor Day in 2015.
At approximately 2:10AM on December 13, 2014 Manassas City Police responded to McDonald’s, located at 9001 Centreville Rd, for an assault that had just occurred.

The proposals include prohibiting possession of firearms for persons subject to protective orders and those who have committed such misdemeanors as stalking, sexual battery, and domestic violence; revoking concealed handgun permits for parents delinquent on child support payments.
Governor Terry McAuliffe announced that he is including $28 million in his budget to provide new voting machines to precincts across Virginia so all polling places will have uniform, state-of-the-art equipment for the 2015 November elections.
Congress member-Elect Barbara Comstock has been named to the U.S. House Committee on House Administration. This is in addition to her appointments to the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the Science, Space, and Technology Committee that were announced last week.

Milton Johns, chairman of the Prince William County School Board, announced this morning that he will not be a candidate for reelection in 2015. His term ends Dec. 31, 2015, concluding 12 years service on the school board.
