Three adults and a child were displaced due to a early morning fire Thursday, April 11, 2024 on Princedale Drive in Dale City.

Helicopter lands at Parkside Middle - No school connection

An automobile accident occurred this morning, Oct. 27, on Mathis Avenue in front of Parkside Middle School in Manassas, according to a report from Prince William County Schools. A medivac helicopter landed on the football field at Parkside in order to transport the victim to the hospital. There was no connection to the school, the PWCS report stated.

Balls Ford Road in Manassas to be closed Oct. 24 for train crossing repairs

On Saturday, Oct. 24 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., weather permitting, the Virginia Department of Transportation and Norfolk Southern will be closing Balls Ford Road at the railroad crossing west of Prince William Parkway (VA 234) in order to replace the at-grade crossing.
