PWC police arrest two on child endangerment charges

Prince William County VA police have charged two daycare providers each with 5 counts of child endangerment stemming from a child's death reported in Bristow on March 8. According to the police report, 23 children, ranging in age from newborn to 4 years old, were at the residence when law enforcement officials arrived to investigate a 12:42 p.m. report of an unresponsive child.
