A suspect has been identified in the Suspicious/Threatening Notes case that perplexed the Manassas city community between December 2012 and March 2013, according to Sgt. Lowell Nevill, public information officer for the city police department. The name will not be released and the suspect will not be charged, Sgt. Nevill said.

Police arrested a male juvenile, 17, in connection with a June 13 armed robbery at about 10:52 a.m. of the Currency Exchange International kiosk at Potomac Mills Mall. In addition, police identified a suspect in an indecent exposure case, took a report of shooting into an occupied dwelling and responded to several calls about residential burglaries.

On June 12, 2013 at approximately 8:45 p.m., Lyle Foster, III was located by a family member along Wellington Rd near Dean Dr in Manassas. He had been missing since the morning of June 10. Foster is under medical evaluation as he recovers from non-life-threatening ailments.

The initial Police search for Lyle Foster, III, the missing/endangered adult, last reported seen on June 10, 2013 on Hood Road in the Georgetown South area of Manassas, was suspended at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 11. City police asked the public to keep an eye out for the 5-foot tall man who is legally blind and has difficulty walking.
