Manassas Police ask for public’s help with cold case from 1988

Today, May 17, marks the 27th anniversary of the filing of a missing persons report on Jerry D. Plaster who was last seen on April 16, 1988. Plaster, age 27 at the time he disappeared, left his home to go to Manassas Mall and has not been seen since. He would be 54 now. Anyone with information is asked to call Manassas City Police at 703-257-8092.

Early morning fatality on VA 234 near Dumfries

Fatal Crash Investigation – On May 15th at 12:17AM, investigators from Prince William County Police Department's Crash Investigation Unit responded to the area of Dumfries Rd and Talon Dr in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a two vehicle crash, according to a news release from Officer Jonathan Perok, police department spokesman.

Prince William County Police are renewing efforts to find clues to the murder of Glenda Coca-Romero at the Platanillos Grocery and Jewelry at 14342 Jefferson Davis Highway in the Woodbridge area of Prince William County on February 21, 2014 shortly before 9:00p.m. A $21,000 reward is being offered.

Missing Lake Ridge woman found

Mrs. Linda Sue Greenfield, who was reported as missing and endangered, has been located and is safe, Prince William County Police reported at 11:11 p.m. May 14.

PW Police ask for help in locating missing endangered adult in Lake Ridge

The caller reported to police that Linda Sue Greenfield walked away from her home located in the 3400 block of Fort Lyon in Lake Ridge about 8:00 a.m. this morning, May 14. Ms. Greenfield is believed to have left voluntarily and may be in need of assistance which qualifies her as being endangered.
