Power to be restored by Monday to most customers affected by Tropical Storm Michael

Dominion Energy reports that power has been restored to more than 250,000 of the 600,000 customers affected by Tropical Storm Michael and that the vast majority of customers will have power restored by the end of the day on Monday.
