Victims in Woodbridge report unknown males exposing themselves in two locations

Armed Robberies *ADDITIONAL ARREST – On March 2, Christopher Lorenzo SOTO, the second suspect wanted for a series of armed robberies which occurred at 7-Eleven stores located in the eastern part of Prince William County on August 7, turned himself into police without incident at the Gar-Field Station in Woodbridge.
Arrested on March 2:
Christopher Lorenzo SOTO, 19, of no fixed address
Charged with 3 counts of robbery, 3 counts of burglary while armed, 3 counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony,  and 3 counts of wearing a mask in public

Armed Robberies *ARREST [Previously Released] – On February 21, detectives with the Robbery Unit along with assistance from the FBI identified three suspects involved in a series of armed robberies which occurred at 7-Eleven stores located in the eastern part of Prince William County on August 7. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for the arrest of two of the suspects, identified as Rachel Cornelia BILLINGSLEY and Christopher Lorenzo SOTO. BILLINGSLEY was subsequently located and arrested at her residence without incident later that evening. Attempts to locate SOTO have been unsuccessful. A third suspect, identified as 21-year-old man of Arlington, is already in custody in Arlington for unrelated charges. Charges are pending for the third suspect. The investigation continues.

**INCIDENTS**

Indecent Exposure | Attempted Abduction – On March 2 at 12:45AM, Prince William County Police Department officers responded to the block of Westminster Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a fire alarm activation. When officers arrived, they met with the victim, a 29-year-old woman of Woodbridge. The victim reported to police that she was approached by an unknown male as she was getting out of her vehicle that was parked in the above area. During the encounter, the suspect exposed himself and made an obscene gesture. When the victim attempted to run into her apartment, the suspect inappropriately touched her and attempted to prevent her from entering the apartment. After a brief struggle, the victim was able to activate a nearby fire alarm, which alerted a neighbor. When the neighbor challenged the suspect, he fled the area on foot. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect who was not located. No injuries were reported. The investigation continues.

Black male of an unknown age, 6’00”, 180lbs with a medium build and black hair
Last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and dark shoes

Peeping Investigation – On March 1 at 9:20PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 2800 block of Woodmark Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a peeping incident. The victim, a 26-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she sitting in her living room when she saw an unknown white man peering through a window, exposing himself and making an obscene gesture. The victim yelled at the suspect who then fled the area on foot. No other contact was made between the two parties. Officers checked the area and did not locate the suspect. A suspect description is not available at this time.

Shooting into Residential Dwelling – On March 1 at 12:00AM, officers responded to the 17400 block of Isle Royale Terr in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a shots fired call. Several callers reported to police that multiple gunshots were heard in the above area.  Officers checked the area and nothing was found at that time.  At 8:00AM, a citizen located several shell casings and contacted police.  Upon further investigation, a bullet hole was found in an exterior wall of a nearby residence. No injuries or no other property damage was reported. The investigation continues.

Residential Burglary –On March 1 at 10:34PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8400 block of Impalla Drive in Manassas (20110) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have made into the home through an unsecured door.  Jewelry and several firearms were reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On March 1 at 6:39AM, officers responded to Marex Inc. located at 11331 Industrial Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. An employee reported to police that around 9:23PM on February 28, an unknown suspect entered the business through a window that was found shattered. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On March 1 at 11:06AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 19300 block of Belleau Wood Dr in Triangle (22172) to investigate a burglary. A resident of the apartment reported that sometime between 11:00PM on February 28 and 9:30AM on March 1, entry was attempted into the apartment through the rear patio door that was found damaged. No entry was made into the apartment and no property was reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Sexual Assault Investigation – On February 26, detectives from the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into an alleged sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at the Kids Choice Sport and Fun Center located at 13000 Sport and Health Dr in Woodbridge (22192) earlier that evening. The investigation revealed that the accused, an assistant swim coach from an outside organization, inappropriately touched a 9-year-old girl of Woodbridge during swim practice. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested on March 1.

A 15-year-old male juvenile of Woodbridge
Charged with aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration
