Impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer *ARREST – On August 1, the accused, identified as Alex BARMIL, who was sought in connection to the police impersonation incident which occurred in the area of Williamson Blvd and Duneiden Ln in Manassas on July 31, turned himself into police at the Western District Station.
