School Board Members to Take Oath of Office December 10

Prince William County School Board members who will begin four-year terms on January 1, 2016 will be sworn in on Thursday, Dec. 10 at the Edward L. Kelly Leadership Center. The event will begin with a reception at 5 p.m. followed by a ceremony at 6 p.m.
Four people on the eight-member board will be returning to represent their districts: Vice Chairman Alyson A. Satterwhite (Gainesville), Lillie G. Jessie (Occoquan), Gil Trenum (Brentsville), and Loree Y. Williams (Woodbridge). The board will elect a new vice chairman at its organizational meeting on January 6.
Taking their Oaths of Office for the first time will be will be Chairman At-Large-Elect, Ryan A. Sawyers, and other new members elected Nov. 3: William J. Deutsch (Coles), Diane L. Raulston (Neabsco), and Justin D. Wilk (Potomac).
