INCIDENTS
• Brandishing of a Firearm – On December 15 at 6:40PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Family Dollar located at 14581 Richmond Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate the initial report of a robbery. The investigation revealed an unknown man selected items inside the business before walking towards the exit. An employee confronted the suspect which led to a verbal interaction. During the encounter, the suspect dumped the unpaid items onto the floor before brandishing a firearm towards the employee as he left the store. At no point was there any physical contact between the suspect and the employee and no shots were fired during the incident.
Suspect Description:
A black male, between 5’8”-5’10”, approximately 180lbs., with a medium build, long hair twists, and a full beard
Last seen wearing a black fitted cap, a red hooded sweatshirt with a grey vest on top, and blue jeans
• Residential Burglary – On December 15 at 1:20PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Summertree Condominiums located in the 11000 block of Camfield Ct. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed he home was burglarized sometime between 11:00AM and 12:00PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Video game controllers, clothing, silverware, and an undisclosed amount of money were reported missing.
ARRESTS
• Aggravated Sexual Battery | Abduction | Attempted Rape – On December 15 at 9:16AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 5400 block of Hoadly Rd. in Manassas (20112) to investigate an initial report of a larceny. The victim, a 13-year-old female juvenile, spoke to police and wanted to report that an unknown man had taken her bike. Upon further questioning, the victim stated that man had also sexually assaulted her.
The investigation revealed, the victim was riding her bike in the area of Hoadly Rd and the Prince William Pkwy when she stopped due to the weather and exhaustion. At that point, a red truck occupied by only the unknown male driver pulled up next to the victim and offered her a ride. The victim agreed and the man loaded the bike in the bed of the truck before proceeding to drive away with the victimin the passenger seat. The man continued a short distance to the above area where he then proceeded to sexually assault the victim in a nearby parking lot.
After the assault, the victim exited the vehicle and the suspect drove off with the victim’s bike still in the bed of the truck. The victim was able to take a photo of the vehicle before the suspect drove away. The victim was not physically injured during the encounter.
During the investigation, information was obtained which ultimately led to the identity of the driver operating the vehicle at the time. Detectives located the vehicle unoccupied in the Manassas Park Commuter Lot and were able to make contact with the individual who was driving the vehicle at the time of the incident. The driver, identified as the accused, met with detectives at the Western District Police Station. The accused was not the owner of the vehicle. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Sender Juventino LINARES RIVERA, was arrested.

Charged with aggravated sexual battery, abduction, carnal knowledge, attempted rape, and attempted strangulation

• Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related – On December 15 at 8:55PM, officers responded to the Days Inn located at 16925 Old Stage Rd. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a stabbing. The investigation revealed the victim, a 31-year-old man, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused stabbed the victim before the parties separated. Fire and rescue personnel responded and treated the victim for minor injuries at the scene. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Stephanie Michelle JIMINEZ, was arrested.

• Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On December 16 at 3:18AM, officers responded to the Bayvue Apartments located in the 1400 block of Bayside Ave. in Woodbridge (22191) to assist apartment security with individuals who were loitering in the area. While assisting security personal, officers determined one of the individuals, identified as the accused, was in possession of suspected illegal narcotics. When officers attempted to take the accused into custody, he actively resisted and refused to follow officer’s commands. After a brief struggle, the accused was taken into custody without further incident. During the encounter, the accused struck two different officers. Minor injuries were reported by one of the officers. The accused sustained minor injuries during the altercation and was treated and released from an area hospital. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Javier MARTINEZ, was arrested.

Charged with 2 counts of assault & battery on LEO, 1 count of obstruction of justice, and 1 count of possession of a controlled substance
