Sexual Battery Investigation *ARREST– On April 6, officers located and arrested the accused who was wanted in connection to a sexual battery which occurred at the Raceway Gas Station located at 7402 Sudley Rd in Manassas on April 5.

Sexual Battery Investigation– On April 5 at 3:53PM, officers responded to the Raceway Gas Station located at 7402 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a sexual assault. The victim, a 26 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she was in the above area when she was approached by the accused, an acquaintance. During the encounter, the accused spoke briefly to the victim before he inappropriately touched her. The parties were eventually separated and police were contacted. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, an officer obtained a warrant for the arrest of the accused. 

**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On April 5 at 11:57AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 11900 block of Cotton Mill Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:00AM and 11:30AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through a rear window which was found damaged. Two laptop computers, jewelry, and miscellaneous items were reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On April 5 at 7:30AM, officers responded to a construction site located at 13833 Dumfries Rd in Manassas (22191) to investigate a burglary. The construction foreman reported to police that sometime between 6:15PM on April 4 and 6:00AM on April 5, entry was made into a locked room inside the building by cutting the lock.  Copper wiring was reported missing.
