Manassas Police ask public’s help in locating suspect in Jan. 12 indecent exposure at church
INDECENT EXPOSURE / SEXUAL ASSAULT
On Monday, January 12, 2015 between 7 and 8 p.m., the subject seen in video (LINK TO YOUTUBE VIDEO: http://youtu.be/86dbWa1O-Eo) was walking around outside of Bethel Lutheran Church at 8712 Plantation Lane.
A female patron was inside the church near a glass door where she observed the suspect masturbating just outside the door. The victim ran to a nearby office to contact police.
The suspect fled the scene, possibly in a Chevy Blazer. It was later reported that during the same time frame, he approached another female in the parking lot and asked for a cigarette. While retrieving one from her car, the suspect fondled her buttocks and ran.
