Disagreement between customer, employee escalates at Gainesville shop

Strong-armed Robbery – On January 24 at 2:50PM, officers responded to the uBreakiFix located at 7443 Linton Hall Rd in Gainesville (20155) to investigate an assault. An employee reported to police that he was involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, a customer, which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the employee then demanded money from the cash register. The accused took an undisclosed amount of money before leaving the business. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused, identified as Cliff Montgomery SPENCER. Attempts to located the accused have been unsuccessful.

Attempted Residential Burglary | Domestic Related – On January 30 at 1:09AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14000 block of Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 19-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she heard knocking on the front door. When saw that it was the accused, an acquaintance, she did not answer the door. The accused then attempted to open the door without her consent. When the accused was not able to open the door, he picked up a flower pot and threw it against the door breaking the pot. The victim then contacted police and the accused fled the area. As officers were speaking with the victim, the accused called the victim’s cell phone and threatened her. No injuries or other property damage were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused, identified as Christian Andrew MILLER. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
