Oct. 12 forum for Manassas Park local candidates at MP Community Center

Manassas Park City Council Member Preston Banks is hosting and moderating the forum for Mayor and City Council candidates for the city of Manassas Park, in the Banquet Room at the Manassas Park Community Center on October 12th from 7pm – 8:30pm.

For this upcoming election the Mayor and three City Council seats up for election. Two City Council seats do not have candidates on the ballot.

The candidates participating in the forum include: Frank Jones and Jeanette Rishell for Mayor; Donald Shuemaker on the ballot for City Council; and seven write-in candidates: Hector Gerado Cendejas, Melissa Garza, Mehtab Singh Kahlon, Miriam Paula Machado, Michael Rogers, Richard Schubert, and Bill Treuting, Jr.
