PWC schools closing on Super Tuesday, March 1 means a vacation day for most

The recent School Board decision to close schools for the March 1 presidential primary election means a day off for students, teachers, and many other employees, with no make-up required.

SACC and Next Generation after school programs will also be closed.

Only 12-month (250 day) employees should report. Those required to work but preferring the day off may follow normal procedures to make use of appropriate, available leave time.
