INCIDENT REPORTS
Shooting Into an Occupied Vehicle:
On May 17 at 12:08 a.m., police responded to the 3500 block of Pine Ct in Dumfries in investigate an alleged shots-fired call. The male victim, 22 of Woodbridge, reported to police that while he was driving in the area of Spriggs Road and Ewells Mill Way in Woodbridge, an unknown dark colored four-door vehicle with an unknown number of passengers passed him. The rear passenger in the vehicle displayed a handgun and fired at his vehicle. The victim was not injured, however, a hole was discovered in the side of his vehicle. The victim could not provide police with a further description of the vehicle or its occupants. The investigation continues.
Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling:
On May 17 at 12:43 a.m., police responded to the area of 2900 block of Buell Ct in Dumfries for a report of shots fired in the area. Homeowner approached police to report that after hearing the shots, holes were discovered in the residence, which were caused by an apparent BB projectile. No projectile penetrated inside the residence and no injuries were reported.

ARRESTS
Abduction / Destruction of Property:
On May 16 at 4:27 p.m., police responded to the 3200 block of Foothill St in Woodbridge to investigate an alleged abduction. The female victim, 18 of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation while the victim was a passenger in a vehicle the accused was driving. The victim repeatedly asked to get out of the vehicle, which the accused refused to let her do. The accused allegedly threw the victim’s cell phone from the vehicle as she attempted to contact police. The victim was finally able to get out of the vehicle in the area of Ridgefield Drive and Prince William Parkway and contact police. No injuries were reported. The accused was located in the area of Springwoods Drive and Old Bridge Road where he was taken into custody without further incident. No injuries were reported by the victim. Arrested: Phillip D’Angelo Haskins, 25, of 3242 Foothill St. in Woodbridge. Charged with abduction and destruction of property. Court date unavailable, held without bond.
OTHER INCIDENT REPORTS
Burglary:
On May 16 at 4:26 p.m., police responded to the 10000 block of Portsmouth Rd in Manassas for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police the burglary occurred between 5 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door that had been forced opened. Electronics valued around $400 were reported missing.
