Scholarships especially earmarked for Unity Reed High School students

The Community Foundation for Northern Virginia notes it is managing applications for several scholarships specifically for Unity Reed High School students. For two of the scholarships the application deadline is Feb. 7, so hurry. For two others the application deadline is later.

Amin Family Scholarship (application deadline 2/7) provides scholarships to graduating students from Unity Reed High School in Manassas intending to pursue a degree in healthcare.  Will award up to six scholarships of $5000 per year. Louise Lightner Jamison Teacher Scholarship (application deadline 2/7) provides scholarships to graduating students from Unity Reed High School in Manassas intending to pursue an undergraduate degree in the field of education. Christopher Consultants Civil Engineering Scholarship (application deadline 4/1) provides scholarships to graduating students from Unity Reed High School in Manassas intending to pursue an undergraduate degree at a four-year accredited college or university in pursuit of a degree in civil engineering or related field. The Community Foundation for Northern Virginia manages/administers scholarships for a number of foundations, businesses and families. Some scholarships are renewable.
