Virginia Cannons 7U team is Top Dawg

The 7-and-under Virginia Cannons won the Virginia Top Dawg Baseball Tournament in May. The team returned from Mechanicsville the last week in May as the 7-and-under (7U) champions. The entire team hit the ball hard, according to Manager Tony Williams. He said the entire team contributed to this success. This is the first time the Cannons have ever had a 7U team. What a great first run.

Changes in service and schedules for OmniRide routes start Monday, Dec. 9
OmniRide’s Service Changes will take effect on Monday, Dec, 9, when all schedules for Express, Metro Express, and Local routes will change. Timetables for all routes have been adjusted, a news release said.
