Holiday luncheon for seniors a tradition at NOVA

Registration begins Nov. 5 for the annual Senior Citizens Holiday Celebration at the Manassas Campus of Northern Virginia Community College. The event is free but reservations are required because space is limited, according to a news release.

Seniors may call 703-257-6543 starting Nov. 5 to make reservations. Early reservations will not be accepted. Each person is limited to two tickets which will be mailed before the event. When the seats are full, registration will close.

The party will take place on Nov. 29 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the campus cafeteria. Guests will be treated to a holiday lunch, musical entertainment and a special visit from Santa Claus, the release said.
