On Aug. 21, investigators with the Prince William County Police Department's Crash Investigation Unit charged the juvenile driver in connection to the crash that occurred in the area of Rollins Ford Rd and Estate Manor Dr in Bristow on July 24.

A Prince William County K-9 unit searched the Broad Run Golf and Practice Facility early June 20 and did not find anyone inside, according to a Prince William County Police Department Report. Officers had arrived at the business after an alarm activation. Surveillance footage showed an unknown suspect, police said.

In celebration of Black History Month, the mother of a Chris Yung Elementary School student and her sorority sisters set out to compile a set of books that positively feature main characters who are black. They donated the 35-book collection to the school library.
