Woodbridge man charged with child neglect and possession of a controlled substance
Child Neglect – On March 3 at 3:36AM, Prince William County police officers responded to a residence located in the 15100 block of Cloverdale Rd. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a disorderly.
The investigation revealed that the accused, was caring for his child, a 7-month-old girl, while under the influence.
During the investigation, suspected illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were located within a few feet of the child. The living conditions inside the home were also observed by the officers to be unsafe. The child was not harmed and turned over to a family member.
Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Daniel Edenilson MARTINEZ GONZALEZ, was arrested.
