Burglary in progress incident: Victim’s prescription medicine missing; police arrest suspect nearby

Residential Burglary – On October 22 at 2:56AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14500 block of Fullerton Rd in Woodbridge (22026) to investigate a burglary in progress. The victim, an 83-year-old man, reported to police that he was asleep in the basement when an unknown suspect entered the residence through a window in the bathroom. The suspect took the victim’s prescription medication and some money before fleeing the area on foot. Officers searched the area and located the accused, identified as Noah Cinque WHITE, a short time later and detained him without incident. Following the investigation, the accused was charged.

Indecent Exposure – On October 20 at 10:09AM, officers responded to the 9400 block of Liberia Ave in Manassas (20110) to investigate an indecent exposure. The caller reported to police that an unknown man was observed sitting in a truck in a parking lot near the above location. The man was exposing himself and making obscene gestures towards the caller and others. The man never exited the vehicle or made further contact with the caller. Officers arrived and located the man a short time later. Following the investigation, the suspect, identified as Carlos A. HERNANDEZ-NAJARRO, was arrested.
