Virginia State Police continue to respond to multiple calls this morning across the Commonwealth for disabled and crashed vehicles. Road conditions to be treacherous and Virginians are still advised to stay off the roads.
As of 11:30 a.m. Saturday (Jan. 23), Virginia State Police are on the scene of 27 disabled vehicles and 39 traffic crashes statewide.
From midnight Saturday through 10 a.m. Saturday, Virginia State Police have responded to 72 traffic crashes and 343 disabled vehicles statewide. There is only storm-related traffic death (City of Chesapeake) reported at this time.

State police did respond to a fatal crash on Interstate 64 in Virginia Beach Saturday morning…but this has not been declared weather-related and the cause is still under investigation.
