Suspect smashes through sliding glass rear door and then front window

**INCIDENTS**

Attempted Residential Burglary – On April 13th at 6:01PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 17500 block of Mina Ln in Dumfries (22026) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 4:00AM and 11:00AM on April 11th, an unknown person(s) attempted to make entry into the home by prying open a rear sliding glass door. No entry was made into the residence and no property was reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Strangulation l Domestic Assault & Battery – On April 14th at 12:55AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13700 block to investigate a domestic disturbance.  The victim, a 24 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the victim was assaulted and strangled by the accused. The victim was eventually able to break free from the accused and contact police. The accused was still on scene when officers arrived at the home. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without further incident.

          Antonio Daquan RICHARDSON, 24, of 12244 Stevenson Ct in Woodbridge
          Charged with strangulation and domestic assault and battery

Residential Burglary | Attempted Residential Burglary – On April 14th at 5:30AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 16100 block of Taconic Cir in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that an unknown man was attempting to enter the residence. Officers arrived in the area and located a man standing on top of a fence to another residence on the same block a few homes away from the initial location. Officers challenged the suspect who immediately jumped from the fence, ran through the backyard, and smashed through the rear sliding glass door to the residence. Once inside, the man ran through the residence and smashed through a front window of the home before fleeing on foot. Multiple officers searched the area and located a suspect matching the description of the man in the area of the Fortuna Center Plz off Dumfries Rd. The man was detained without incident and identified as the accused. Officers were able to determine that the accused was the suspect involved in the earlier incidents. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested and charged. No property was reported missing from either home. The accused sustained minor injuries as a result of breaking through the glass door and window. The accused was also found to be in possession of suspected narcotics at the time of his arrest.

Narcotics Investigation – On February 11th, detectives from the Prince William-Manassas-Manassas Park Narcotics Task Force concluded a narcotics investigation involving the distribution of suspected Heroin and prescription pills with the below listed arrests which were made without incident following a vehicle stop in the 4700 block of Angus Dr in Gainesville (20155). As a result of the investigation and a subsequent search, a handgun, prescription medications, marijuana, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were recovered. These arrests were previously held for investigative purposes.
Arrested on February 11th:
Jeremy David ALLUE, 21, of 4105 Crescent hills Dr in Haymarket
Charged with 2 counts of possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic and 1 count of distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic
Court date: May 16, 2014| Bond: released on personal recognizance

Taylor Anne HARDY, 21, of 13517 Heritage Farms Dr in Gainesville

Taylor Elizabeth Dylan McGANN, 19, of 4716 Angus Dr in Gainesville

Both suspects above were charged with possession of marijuana

Narcotics Investigation – On February 5th, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving the distribution of suspected PCP with the execution of search warrant at a residence located at 4885 Kilby Ct in Woodbridge (22193). As a result of the search PCP, evidence of distribution, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were recovered from the home. The accused was arrested following a short foot pursuit. The arrest was previously held for investigative purposes.
Arrested on February 5th:
Christopher Steven WEBER, 25, of 4885 Kilby Ct in Woodbridge
Charged with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic and distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic
Court date: May 9, 2014 | Bond: $25,000 secured at the time of arrest

Narcotics Investigation – On November 21st [2013], detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving the distribution of suspected synthetic LSD with the execution of a search warrant at a residence located at 9236 Byrd Ln in Manassas (20110). The accused was arrested without incident in the 9400 block of Liberia Ave. The arrest was previously held for investigative purposes.
Arrested on November 21st:
Jade Kieran DUGGER, 19, of no fixed address
Charged with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic and distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic
Court date: June 6, 2014 | Bond: $5,000 secured at the time of arrest
