Suspect identified in May 18 robbery case involving pizza deliveryman

**UPDATES**

Strong Armed Robbery *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On May 19th, detectives from the Robbery Unit identified one of the suspects involved in the robbery which was reported to have occurred in the 12700 block of Bombay Way in Woodbridge on May 18th. Property left at the scene led detectives to identify the suspect as Richard STEVENS. Following the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant for his arrest.
Wanted:
Richard Raphael STEVENS, 21, of the 4100 block of Hampstead Ln in Woodbridge
Described as a black male, 5’7”, 167lbs with a medium build, black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for robbery

Suspect Description:
The remaining suspect was described as a Hispanic male, unknown age, with long hair pulled back and a large tattoo on his arm
Last seen wearing a white t-shirt - no further description

Strong Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On May 18th at 1:36PM, officers responded to investigate a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the 12700 block of Bombay Way in Woodbridge (22192).

The victim, a 30 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was delivering a pizza to a home in the above area when he encountered two unknown men.

The men approached the victim and asked for change. When the victim was counting out the change, one of the men forcibly snatched the money from the victim and fled on foot. No injuries were reported.

The victim responded back to the business where police were contacted. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect. The residence of the delivery was later determined to be a vacant home.
