Supv. Lawson to hold Oct. 18 town hall on planned development in Brentsville District
My annual land use town hall meeting will be held Thursday, October 18 in the Marsteller Middle School Cafeteria starting at 7:00 p.m. I look forward to sharing information on a few projects in the Brentsville District.
•Innovation Town Center: Mixed use town center that will contain a mix of uses including 440,000 square feet of nonresidential development, a hotel, and a maximum of 1,108 residential units, which includes 200 age-restricted units.
•Devlin: 551 single-family detached units on 269 acres.
•Woodborne Preserve: 56 single-family detached units on 88 acres.
