“Spring into Health” fair for families at Hylton Boys and Girls Club in Dale City March 21

All residents of Prince William County and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park are invited to stop by for the inaugural Spring Into Health Fair on Saturday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hylton Boys and Girls Club, 5070 Dale Blvd Woodbridge, VA 22191.

This FREE to attend health fair is a great opportunity to check in on your health and ask questions of professionals in a no-pressure environment. Visit exhibits, win prizes, take advantage of 10+ free health screenings and learn about resources available to you and your family when you attend workshops!

Triple Play Kids Fitness Zone (in the smaller gym from 10am to 2pm): Triple Play, Boy and Girls Clubs of America’s comprehensive health and wellness initiative, strives to improve the overall health of members, ages 5-18, by increasing their daily physical activity, teaching them good nutrition and helping them develop healthy relationships. The Triple Play Kids Fitness Zone, is a circuit of fun fitness challenges designed to keep kids moving and to teach them how to incorporate physically activity into their daily routine.
