Snapchat-arranged shoe buy goes awry, Prince William Police report

**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery –  On February 7 at 12:08AM, officers responded to investigate a robbery which occurred in the 4100 block of Southway Ln in Triangle (22172) earlier that evening. The victim, a 20-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements through Snapchat to meet an unknown man in the above area to purchase some shoes. When the victim arrived, he got into a black Dodge SUV with two unknown men. At some point, one of the men brandished a handgun and relieved the victim of his money. The suspects then fled the area and the victim responded to his residence where he contacted police. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Descriptions:
Black male, between 18 & 20 years of age, 6’00”, 145lbs with a muscular build, brown eyes, brown hair in a ponytail
Last seen wearing a black jacket

Black male with a medium build and brown eyes
Last seen wearing black hoodie jacket covering his face

Residential Burglary – On February 6 at 4:55PM, officers responded to a residence located at the 5000 block of Lynwood Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 8:00AM and 4:45PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made into the home through an unlocked rear door. A PlayStation4 and personal documents were reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Sexual Assault Investigation – On February 2 at 8:40PM, detectives from the Prince William County Police Department’s Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which occurred at a home in Woodbridge (22193) earlier that evening. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 6-year-old girl, was inappropriately touched by the accused, identified as a family member. The victim disclosed the incident to another family member who immediately notified police. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Frank Anthony ARRE, 57, of Woodbridge
Charged with aggravated sexual battery
