Saturday, Feb. 17 trash & recycling cancelled due to snow

Due to the anticipated winter weather on the evening of Friday, Feb. 16 and its potential impact on road conditions, trash and recycling collection services at the two Saturday Collection Sites (Nokesville and Evergreen/Haymarket) have been cancelled for Feb.17, according to Prince William County Government.

Patrons are asked to not leave trash and recycling at these sites if the collection service provider is not there. Disposing of trash and recycling at the collection sites without American Disposal’s presence constitutes illegal dumping. Alternatively, individuals requiring drop-off services on Saturday, February 17, can dispose of their trash and recyclables at the County Landfill or Compost Facility between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
