Round discharges through front door while shotgun being prepared for cleaning
Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On March 18, 2020 at 4:30PM, Prince William County police officers responded to investigate a destruction of property call that was reported to have occurred at the Riverside Station Apartments located in the 14000 block of Big Crest Ln. in Woodbridge VA (22191) during the evening hours of March 17.
The investigation revealed that a resident of one of the apartments, identified as the accused, was preparing his shotgun for cleaning when a round discharged through the front door of his apartment.
The police were contacted the following day by other residents who observed the property damage. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Dashaun Kiey ESANNASON, was arrested.

Charged with reckless handling of a firearm
Court Date: June 25, 2020 | Bond: Released on a $1500 Unsecured Bond
