Register now for Aspiring Scientist, Technologist, Engineer and Mathematician (ASTEM) event

The Governors School @ Innovation Park invites students, and parents of students, interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education to the Third Annual Aspiring Scientists, Technologist, Engineer and Mathematician (ASTEM) event.

ASTEM will take place Saturday, March 29 from 10 a.m.–noon in Bull Run Hall on George Mason University’s Prince William Campus. 

The event is open to students in grades 6-10 who currently attend a Prince William county, Manassas city or Manassas Park city school.

Learn about the importance of STEM education from keynote speaker Dr. Padhu Seshaiyer, meet the faculty and students from The Governor’s School @ Innovation Park, and experience exciting hands-on demonstrations, exhibits, and explorations.

Students and parents/adults who would like to attend the event should preregister by March 15.
