PWCS updates procedures for student complaints of discrimination or harassment

Prince William County Schools reports it has revised and updated its procedures for the reporting, investigation and resolution of student complaints of discrimination and harassment, including complaints based on disability.
These procedures are contained in Regulation 738-1, “Complaint Procedures for Student Claims of Discrimination or Harassment.

Coles Supervisor Yesli Vega issued this statement: "Today (April 25, 2024) I was notified that graffiti including antisemitic symbols were found at Coles Elementary and Benton Middle School. I want to express my unwavering support for our Jewish community. In Prince William County, we firmly reject any form of hatred."
