PWCS offers parent webinar on college and SAT prep on Aug. 31

The College Board is hosting a monthly webinar series to help parents support their children on the journey to college, according to a news release from Prince William County Schools. The next webinar is on Wednesday, Aug. 31 at 7 p.m. The topics include preparing for the SAT test, learning about AP courses, applying for financial aid and more.

The College Board and Khan Academy have teamed up to help students and parents get ready for test day with free, personalized SAT practice tools.

The school division says it wants “parents to know what’s on the test, how students can prepare for free on Official SAT Practice, and how colleges use test scores.”
