PWC sets land development information seminar for Jan. 28
Prince William County government will hold a free land development seminar on Thursday, Jan. 28, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., at the Coles Firehouse, 13712 Dumfries Road, Manassas VA 20112, according to a county news release and flyer.
The seminar will focus on ways to improve plan submission, inspection and bond posting processes.
Topics to be covered during the seminar include project management; site or subdivision plan submission, distribution and review; permits, bonds, escrow and inspections; as well as VSMO, street acceptance and more
Staff members from the various development agencies will be present to answer questions.
The seminar is being sponsored by Prince William County Commercial Development Committee and the Land Development Division of the county’s Department of Development Services.
