Crash – Fatality – On September 5th at 1:45PM, Prince William County police responded to the area of Golansky Blvd and Post Office Rd in Woodbridge (22193) for a crash.
The investigation revealed that the driver of a 2002 Toyota Camry disregarded a posted stop sign on Post Office Rd and proceeded onto Golansky Blvd where he collided with the driver, and only occupant, of a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado.
The driver of both vehicles and a sole passenger inside the Camry were transported to area hospitals. The driver of the Camry was pronounced dead at the hospital a short time later.
The driver of the Silverado and the passenger of the Camry sustained non-life threatening injuries.
All involved parties were wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision. Speed and alcohol are not factors in this crash.
