• Armed Robbery | Domestic Related *ARREST:
On July 29, 2022 the suspect sought in connection to the domestic that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 16600 block of Space More Cl. in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that day, was arrested by Prince William County Police.The accused, Keyontae Vans-Deshawn SIGGAL, was taken into custody in the Woodbridge area without incident.

Charged with 1 count of robbery, 1 count of malicious wounding, 2 counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, 1 count of preventing the summoning of law enforcement, and 1 count of domestic assault & battery

Armed Robbery | Domestic Related [Previously Released] – On July 29 at 4:12AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a domestic that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 16600 block of Space More Cl. in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that morning. The investigation revealed the victim, a 20-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the victim was struck by the accused which caused her to fall to the ground. While the victim was on the ground, the accused retrieved a firearm and used it to physically strike the victim. When the accused observed the victim attempting to contact the police, he took her phone while brandishing the firearm. The victim then left the residence and went to an area hospital where police were contacted, and her injuries were determined to be non-life threatening. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Keyontae Vans-Deshawn SIGGAL. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

INCIDENTS
• Attempted Armed Robbery –
On July 31 at 8:20PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 10200 block of Farragut Ct. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an attempted robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 27-year-old woman, was walking in a nearby courtyard area, when she was approached by an unknown man, later identified as the accused. During the encounter, the accused brandished a knife and demanded the victim’s property. The victim refused to give the accused her property and ran from the area. The accused followed the victim and was confronted by a group of bystanders before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported, and no property was taken. A police K-9 searched for the suspect who was not located. While investigating the incident, officers identified the accused as Manuel GONZALEZ and obtained warrants for his arrest. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Described as a Hispanic male, 6’2”, with tattoos on his face and covering his body, hair twists with green tips in a ponytail, and a black/blue eye

• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On July 30, 2022 at 10:40AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 16800 block of Toms River Lp. in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed a group of people were in the area when a verbal altercation escalated. At one point during the altercation, gunshots were fired before the parties fled. While investigating the incident, officers located a shell casing on the street where the altercation occurred. No injuries were reported, and no property damage was located.

ARRESTS
• Strangulation | Domestic Related –
On July 30 at 10:00PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 14300 block of Rabson Ct. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a 9-1-1 hang-up. The investigation revealed the victim, a 43-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim’s neck. The victim was able to separate from the accused when a family member intervened. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Adnan MASUD, was arrested.

• Brandishing | Road Rage Related – On July 30 at 7:41AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Sudley Rd. near Balls Ford Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a hit and run crash. The investigation revealed the victim, a 39-year-old man, and the driver of another vehicle were involved in a road rage incident while exiting I-66 onto Sudley Rd. Both parties parked their vehicle near Balls Ford Rd. where the altercation escalated. During the encounter, the other driver, later identified as the accused, brandished a firearm.
At one point, the accused began to drive away and grazed the victim with his vehicle, knocking the victim to the ground. The accused continued to drive away, and the victim contacted the police. Rescue personnel treated the victim at the scene for minor injuries. While checking the area, Prince William County Police officers located a vehicle matching the description provided to police parked at a nearby business. Officers made contact with the driver, who was determined to be the accused, and took him into custody without incident. While investigating the incident, the accused was found in possession of a firearm. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Christopher Alexander BATES, was arrested.
