• Armed Robbery *ARREST –
On August 25, 2022, one of the suspects sought in connection to the robbery that occurred in the 2800 block of PS Business Center Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) on Dec.18, 2021, was arrested. While investigating the incident, officers identified the two male suspects involved in the incident. In December 2021 warrants were obtained for one of the suspects, identified as Elvis Samuel PAZ VILLATORO, who was initially not located.
In January 2022, petitions were obtained for the second male suspect, identified as an 18-year-old man, who was a juvenile at the time of the offense.
On August 25, 2022, officers located the PAZ VILLATORO suspect in the Woodbridge area and took him into custody. The accused was also wanted on several charges from unrelated incidents. The 18-year-old male suspect remains wanted and the investigation continues as officers attempt to identify the female suspect.

Armed Robbery [Previously Released] —On December 18 at 8:49PM, officers responded to the 2800 block of PS Business Center Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery that occurred earlier that evening. The victim, an 18-year-old man, reported to police that he was riding in a Toyota SUV with a group of acquaintances, two males and one female, when they drove to the above area and parked. While there, the two males forced the victim out of the vehicle and made him lay on the ground while implying they had a firearm. The males then took the victim’s phone and money before all of the acquaintances fled in the vehicle. The victim eventually contacted the police. No injuries were reported. The only suspect description provided was two Hispanic teenaged males and one unknown race female.

INCIDENTS
• Abduction | Assault with a Caustic Substance –
On August 30, 2022 at 9:10PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 8300 block of Barrett Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an assault.
The investigation revealed while at the playground in the above area, the victim, a 23-year-old woman, and her 3-year-old son were with an acquaintance, identified as the accused, when the accused took the victim’s property during a verbal altercation. The accused then took the boy without permission and began to walk away. The victim attempted multiple times to get her child from the accused and each time she was physically prevented by the accused.
During the attempts, the accused burned the victim with a cigarette, sprayed her with pepper spray and grabbed her by the neck before the victim separated from the accused and contacted the police.
While responding, officers were informed a family member of the victim located the accused and the boy at the playground and took custody of the boy. The accused fled prior to police arriving at the playground. The victim reported minor injuries. The boy was unharmed and turned over to his mother. Following the
investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Abraham CINTO Jr. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Described as a Hispanic male, 5’4”, 171lbs., with black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for abduction, assault with a caustic substance, assault & battery, and petit larceny

ARRESTS
• Abduction | Domestic Related –
On August 30 at 1:08AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Somerset Pointe Apartments located in the 14700 block of Soapstone Dr. in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed the victim, a 25-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.
During the encounter, the accused took the victim’s phone and when she asked him to return the phone, he refused. Shortly after, the accused grabbed
the victim and threw her on the ground where he threatened her.
The victim was able to temporarily separate from the accused before he threw her on the ground before dragging her to the bathroom and throwing her in the bathtub. The victim was able to separate from the accused and locked herself in another room. The accused then kicked in the door and threw the victim to ground for a third time before retrieving a knife.
The victim was able to flee the apartment and contacted the police. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Draven Ian LIVELY, was arrested.

Charged with abduction, domestic assault & battery, and preventing the summoning of law enforcement
