• Malicious Wounding *ARREST –
On August 10, 2022 the suspect, identified as Keith Avery DIAL Jr., who was sought in connection to the fight with weapons that was reported to have occurred at the McDonald’s located at 10730 Balls Ford Rd. in Manassas (20109) on August 3, was arrested without incident.
Arrested on August 10:
Keith Avery DIAL Jr., 33, of no fixed address
Charged with malicious wounding, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and brandishing

Malicious Wounding [Previously Released] – On August 3 at 7:46PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the McDonald’s located at 10730 Balls Ford Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a fight with weapons. Upon arriving in the parking lot of the business, officers observed the victim, a 44-year-old man, suffering from a head injury. Rescue personnel responded and transported the victim to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation revealed the victim was inside the restaurant when he observed an acquaintance, identified as the accused, going into his unsecured vehicle in the parking lot. The victim confronted the accused and a verbal altercation escalated when the accused brandished a firearm. During the encounter, the accused physically struck the victim with the firearm and then fled the area. No property was reported missing from the victim’s vehicle. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Keith Avery DIAL Jr. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

INCIDENTS
• Residential Burglary –
On August 10, 2022 at 3:06PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 11400 block of Waterview Dr in Manassas (20112) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed the home was burglarized sometime between 12:00AM on July 28 and 10:00PM on August 9. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. A firearm, ammunition, and an undisclosed amount of money were reported missing.

• Commercial Burglary – On August 10, 2022 at 10:07AM, oPrince William County Police fficers responded to Olde Towne Bicycles located at 14519 Potomac Mills Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed the business was burglarized sometime between 5:20PM on August 9 and 9:35AM on August 10. There were no signs of forced entry into the business. The front door was found unsecured when employees arrived on the morning of August 10. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.

ARRESTS
• Unlawful Wounding –
On August 10, 2022 at 4:28AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 8900 block of Brewer Creek Pl in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed the victim, a 24-year-old man, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim over the head with a vase. The parties separated and police were contacted. The victim sustained a non-life threatening injury. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Ali FRIZAN, was arrested.
