INCIDENTS
Burglary
On Jan. 3, 2012 at 9:24 a.m., police responded to the 8800 block of Calbera Ct in Gainesville (20155) for a burglary to a residence under construction. Workers reported to police that the burglary occurred between 1 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2011 and 9 a.m. on Jan. 3, 2012. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, valued around $3,000, were reported missing.

Burglary
On Jan. 3, 2012 at 8:15 p.m., police responded to the 4300 block of Palton Dr in Dumfries (22025) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:50 and 10 a.m. Entry appeared to have been made through the front door which had been forced opened. No items were reported missing.
