**UPDATES**

Crash – Fatality *ADDITIONAL CHARGES – On November 27th, after consultation with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, crash investigators obtained additional warrants against the accused in regard to the fatal crash which occurred in the 8500 block of Yorkshire Ln in Manassas on November 22nd. The warrants were served on the accused at the Adult Detention Center in Manassas where he is still being held from the previous charge relating to this case.
Arrested on November 27th:
Jeffrey Scott DAVIS JR, 23, of 13104 Englishwood Ln in Fairfax
Charged with (new charges) DUI involuntary manslaughter and no seatbelt
Charged with (previously) driving under the influence
Court date set for January 3rd, 2013, held WITHOUT bond

Crash – Fatality (Previously Released) – On November 22nd at 10:32PM, police responded to the 8500 block of Yorkshire Ln in Manassas (20111) for a single vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 2003 Chevy S-10 was traveling westbound on Yorkshire Ln at a high rate of speed when the vehicle left the roadway, crossed into a ditch and rolled over. The front seat passenger was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle had to be extracted and was flown to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The passenger sustained serious injuries and was also transported to an area hospital where he died. The driver, the accused, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. No other passengers were in the vehicle. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Additional charges may be place against the accused following consultation with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. Identified: The passenger has been identified as Roland Donald REYNOLDS JR, 25, of Manassas

**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On November 28th at 1:49AM, police responded to the 11800 block of Golden Eagle Ct in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that she was in her living room when she heard a noise coming from her kitchen. Upon checking the kitchen, she observed the sliding glass door open and the screen cut. No one was located in the residence. No property was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 27th at 9:04PM, police responded to the 13700 block of Mapledale Ave in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00AM and 8:30PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a patio door which had been broken out. Jewelry and a laptop, valued around $3,000, were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 27th at 2:01PM, police responded to the 13900 block of Oleander Ct in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that he was in his residence when he heard footsteps coming from another floor of the home. Officer responded and discovered a rear sliding glass door had been broken out. No one was located in the residence. A laptop, valued around $500, was reported missing.
