**INCIDENTS**

Malicious Wounding | Attempted Strong Armed Robbery – On October 14th at 9:29PM, police responded to the area of Cape May Ct and Allen Dent Rd in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 20 year old woman of Dumfries, reported to police that she was getting into her vehicle, which was parked in the above area, when she was approached by two unknown men. The men assaulted the victim and demanded her property. Following the assault, the men fled on foot. The victim sustained injuries to her face. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.
Suspect Descriptions:
2 black males—
1st male was between 20 & 25 years of age, 5’10”, 190lbs with a medium build, dark complexion, brown eyes, and a goatee
Last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans

2nd male was between 20 & 25 years of age, 5’10”, 190lbs with a medium build, dark complexion, shoulder length black dreadlocks, and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a white shirt and khakis cargo shorts

Armed Robbery – On October 14th at 3:40PM, police responded to the GNC located at 12359 Dillingham Sq in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the business, approached the counter, and displayed a handgun. The man demanded money and took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the store and getting into a vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Description:
Black male, unknown age, around 5’7” with a medium build
Last seen wearing all black clothing including a hooded black jacket with the hood up

Armed Robbery – On October 11th at 9:30PM, police responded to the Domino’s Pizza located at 10528 Lomond Dr in Manassas (20109) for a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the business, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. The man fled the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
Suspect Description:
White male, unknown age, 5’1”, 140lbs with a thin build
Last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans, black gloves, and a black ski mask

Commercial Burglary – On October 15th at 3:58AM, police responded to the Wireless Jungle located at 4230 Fortuna Center Plz in Dumfries (22025) for an alarm. Officers arrived at the business and discovered the front glass door was broken out. A police K-9 was used to search the business for possible suspects. No one was located. The business manager responded to the store to take an inventory of any possible missing property.

Commercial Burglary – On October 14th at 11:00PM, police responded to the Salon Centric located at 14304 Smoketown Rd in Woodbridge (22193) for an alarm. Officers arrived at the business and discovered the front glass door was broken out. The business was checked and found to be empty. A police K-9 was used to search for any possibly suspect(s). Multiple hair clippers, total value around #1,300, were reported missing.

**ARRESTS**

Rape | Aggravated Sexual Battery – On October 13th, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit responded to investigate a rape which was reported to have occurred in the 9000 block of Slate Stone Lp in Manassas (20109). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 15 year old girl of Manassas, was sexually abused on multiple occasions by the accused, a known acquaintance, between 2010 and 2012 at their residence in the above area. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested on October 13th.

Miguel Angel ESEPJO, 37, of the 9000 block of Slate Stone Lp in Manassas
Charged with 1 count of rape, 3 counts of aggravated sexual battery, and 1 count of taking indecent liberties with a child
Court date: unavailable | Bond: held WITHOUT bond

Felony Child Neglect | Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor – On October 10th at 12:18PM, police responded to the area of Marquis Pl and Springwoods Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a found child. Caller reported to police that she observed a 3 year old girl walking down the street unsupervised. The child’s clothing was drenched following the heavy rains that day but was otherwise uninjured. Through the investigation, officers were able to locate the home where the child was staying on Granada Way. Once there, they made contact with the accused. The investigation revealed that the accused was watching the child but had fallen asleep at which time the victim was able to leave the home. Officers further learned that the accused had left the victim and another 1 year old girl alone in the residence for a period of time earlier that day. The accused is not related to the children. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Deonte Lemarie GAINES, 25, of the 12300 block of Granada Way in Woodbridge
Charged with 1 count of felony child neglect and 2 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor
Court date: unavailable | Bond: $20,000 secured
