PWC detectives investigate Woodbridge homicide ; suspect in custody
Homicide Investigation- On September 23 at 8:44PM, Prince William County police officers responded to the 3200 block of Wyndale Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shooting.
When officers arrived, they located a victim suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body and attempted to render aid. The victim was then transported to an area hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries.
Currently detectives do not believe this is random and a suspect is in custody with charges pending.
The investigation continues and additional information will be released once it is made available.
This is Prince William County’s 17th homicide of 2016. *

The victim was identified as Francin Solano KEMPO, 23, of Woodbridge
