PWC Del. Rich Anderson inducted into Civil Air Patrol’s Hall of Honor

Del. Richard L. Anderson of Woodbridge, a former national commander of the Civil Air Patrol from 1993-1996, was inducted into the organization’s Hall of Honor Aug. 29.

Anderson is also a former chair of the Civil Air Patrol Board of Governors, the organization’s governing body that provides policy oversight of the Air Force Auxiliary on behalf of the Secretary of the Air Force.

The induction took place on Saturday, August 29th, when members from across the country convened in Orlando, Fla., for the organization’s National Conference.

Anderson is the 35th inductee into the Hall of Honor in the Air Force Auxiliary’s 73 years of service to the country, beginning just before World War II and extending to the present day.
