PW supervisors set special meeting for 10 a.m. Oct. 26

The Prince William Board of County Supervisors will hold a special meeting on Monday, Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. in the Board Chambers of the James J. McCoart Administration Building, in accordance with Section 15.2-1418 of the Code of Virginia.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) selecting the Cedars Farm, located at 6115 Antioch Road in Haymarket, as part of the preferred alternative for the I-66 Outside the Beltway project.

During the meeting, the Board will consider voting to request that VDOT remove Cedars Farm as the proposed site for a park and ride lot and to look at other feasible alternatives before making a final decision on the location of the Haymarket Commuter Lot for the Outside the Beltway project.
