**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On November 22nd at 10:56AM, officers responded to the Shell Service Station located at 12522 Gordon Blvd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the business, brandished a handgun and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the business on foot. No injuries were reported. The investigation continues.

Attempted Armed Robbery – On November 23rd at 6:30AM, officers responded to the 13900 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery.  The victim, a 26 year old man of Dumfries, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when he was approached by two unknown men. During the encounter, one of the men brandished a knife and attempted to grab the victim’s wallet. The victim was able to push the man away then flee the area. Minor injuries were reported.  The victim was not cooperative with investigators. Officers checked the surrounding area for the suspects who were not located.
